Hello
I am new to this so any help would be appreciated. I copied a jpeg image into inkscape and cleaned it up, saved it and then tried to import to my Winpcsign basic program and vectorize it but nothing seems to work. 
I can not vectorize is that because i only have the basic program?
Any help would be very appreciated, I am trying to cut out a picture from my own files and not having any luck!!!!

| You need to have the Winpcsign pro to make automatic vectorization. |
