when I add the registration marks to a 3 color logo, when I go to the print screen, they only are there if the print all colors is highlighted. If i push the black button for printing black, the registration marks go away, and likewise with all the other colors.
Am I doing something wrong?

Surely with the videos that describe how to do it, you can't tell me that no one can print registration marks on a multi color job?
what good is a program that can't cut registration marks? |

Do you want to Cut ? or Print AND cut?
we use Registration mark to cut and Crop Mark to print and cut |

I just purchased the pro version in December 09, yet your update is dated march 09.
Do I not have a more current version, or do I need to update with a 9 month older version???

i spoke about the automatic update. If your software doesn't detect it, you dont need to download.
This new update will fix the Regsitration mark |

Ivan,
Can this update be downloaded seperate from the program, or emailed to me?
The reason I ask, is that the computer I use for winpcsign does not have an internet connection (in fear the computer may someday end up with a virus, and I would lose everything)
