Hi to all, i won this software on Ebay last week, it was stated in the listing used but new ( thinking about it now it don't make a lot of sence ) to cut a long story short when i installed it a box came up saying there is a later version if i click yes to update it nothing happens, and if i click no i get another box saying no dongle found,i contacted the seller he told me this happens sometimes HERE IS THE ACTUAL REPLY This happens sometimes, download this file:
www.craftmate.co.uk/WinPCSIGNPro2009.rar
Extract to the signmax folder, overwrite the
existing files and restart the computer. With the
dongle inserted start the program, it should work,
if not then it may be a faulty dongle. Please let
me know |

| hi, yes he sent me a ROCKEY2 DONGLE, He has since told me it's a copy that he sent me, due to the fact that the original disc was unusable, could this be the reason it won't work |

| The Rockey2 Dongle is correct but depends on the colour mine is a blue one, it could be your using the wrong version for the dongle? |

iv'e tryed everthing and still no luck, i told the chap i bought it off, and he thinks it's down to a faulty dongle after a lot of hazzle he has offered me my money back, he told me that the software was a copy after i bought it off ebay, so i think it's time to get my money back and but an original, many thanks for trying to help me with this problem but now i think it,s time to call it a day  |
