I bought the pc 900 about a month ago and still have not been able to get it to cut. You have told me to try a cable to change it to usb so I have tried 2 different ones. You have told me it was my computer so I have tried 5 different ones. I have tried every com port on each of these computers. baud is 9600. What I am trying is I will open up win pc pro type in my name make sure that plotter is at correct setting then I go to the cutting panel when I click start all I get is the hour glass and after about a minute I get a message that says program not responding. I even hired a computer tech that say there is no reason that it is not cutting per your instructions. Ihave called you and spent a lot of time on the phone from the USA to CANADA whuch is not cheap. I have installed and uninstalled the win pc pro software many times on different computers all with the same result. Can anyone help me get this plotter working? bowjames1@tds.net
