This software did work last month with no problems.
1. I insert the dongle
2. Start the software
3. I get image #1

4. After hitting OK, I get the next screen, image #2

5. After closing this window, because thats all you are allowed to do, I get this pop-up. Image #3

6. Hitting OK or closing the dialog just results in it popping back up again.
I have to go into Task Manager to kill the program.
The "12345678.jpg" file the first dialog refers to is not seen in the listed directory, so it's probably a hidden file.
How can I get my software working again?
Tried <img> and couldn't get images to show...so you'll have to use the link. |

Let's see.......software that is less than 4 months old.
Software has only worked once.
Two weeks waiting for support.
No response from support.
No support/response from forum.
Time to ditch this software and buy something else. No wonder it came free with the cutter....it's not supported. |
