<  WinPCSIGN Software  ~  Can't Sign In on Signmax

I have been trying to log in on the SignMax site to download logos and fonts for my free 3 month membership. I still have 2 months of my membership left. It will not accept my username or password. Is anyone else having this problem? Sad
