I have the winsign pro 14 and Master 300P plotter. Both worked great. My plotter runs its test cut, but suddenly when I try to cut from the program, the cutter shoots off at about a 60 degree angle, generally 6 inches or so, then cuts the word, leaving the first letter off. Sometimes it will just roll the vinyl back and forth or do a weeding pattern. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail. This has been a great combo and hs run flawlessly for about 2 years...any suggestions?
HELP!!

Hi
The major problem with the Master cutter is the static .
When you send something big the cutter with the static lost some code and the plotter become crazy. The static can also change the pressure and alignment of your drawing.
We recommend to put ground cable from cutter to some earth connection . You can also try to use Anti Static stuff or change the communication cable. (serial or Parallel)
But this issue can also comes from your cutter itself so we recommend check your cutter for the dealer ( board problem). |
