Why will it not cut the letters completely?
This program is realy pi$$ing me off, I paid enough for it!
I've changed the offset to no avail, what am I doing wrong? Large stuff is not a problem, but I should be able to cut 1/4 inch letters also, or am I wrong? |

Sorry for the late reply....
I have a JSI 24 Pro
Speed in the software is 0 min, 85 max, 0 acceleration
Pressure is 0 in the software, 100 on the cutter
There are many settings for this, If you PM me your email address, I'll take snapshots of all the settings and send them to you in word.
