I've been using my plotter and pro software for a few years now. Today I upgraded to a new computer with Vista.
The software is all installed correctly and works fine, until I get ready to send it to the plotter for cutting. The program crashes.
I just downloaded and installed the vista patch but it didn't make it work. As soon as I click on the plotter button it crashes.
Anyone else experience this? How can I fix it. I really don't know how much longer my old computer will be working. So this new computer is the way it has to be.
I'm also using a USB to serial port adapter.
Please help. |

Also when I go to "plotter codes" and try to set it up, the program locks up. |

What version of WinPCSIGN do you have? only 2007 version and more are compatible with Vista. |
