i have 2 problems
first is sometimes when i cut i have spikes in my cut vinyl like thorns on roses or it when cutting a circle it will cut a circle with straight lines.
second is when in winpcsign on windows vista the screen will distort and freeze is there any upgrades or patches i need to stop this happening

Never see screen distort and freeze on Windows Vista!! i need more information.
Cut a circle with straight lines
I see this problem only when you cut imported file like AI and EPS. I recommend check size and break grouped logos |

hi ivan
sorted the problem as i had redone my computer and forgot to download the update downloaded the up date it sorted it but i know have the problem where when i go to use registration marksi get a series of numbers and a diagonal line with the graphic gone i thenclose reopen and the file is fine try to do registration marks again and the same thing happened rebooted the comp and it is still doing it any help would be appreciated as i use registration marks alot

right this is now really annoying and costly doesnt matter what i do i always get a problem with spikes in the cut path so can someone please get in contact with me at info@neographic.co.uk and sort this is it is definately a software issue |

Did you change Knife Offset value?.
From Cutting Control Panel , open Options and enter value from 10 to 14.
